25 years leading, three continents, one turning point.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, trained in Sydney, and built a career in London leading teams across Europe, APAC and the Middle East. Devi Virdi has spent 25+ years in senior leadership across global hospitality, travel, energy and real estate: Accor, HRS, Centrica (FTSE 100) and CBRE (Fortune 250), most recently as Interim CEO of CSSC, the Civil Service Sports Council, a UK national membership organisation supporting active wellbeing across the public sector, with responsibility for leading its teams, members and volunteer network.

Twenty of those years were spent in hospitality and travel, in commercial leadership roles with Rocco Forte Hotels, Morgans Hotel Group and Accor Hotels. It was Covid that forced the pivot: the sector she'd built her career in was hit harder than almost any other, and Devi had to reinvent her own path from the ground up. That's the lived experience she brings to every client navigating a pivot of their own. Not theory. She's done it herself.

She now coaches the women she used to be five years ago: capable, credible, quietly stuck. Not because they lack ability, but because nobody ever taught them to name what they want and go after it with the same commercial rigour they bring to everything else.

My clients tell me they leave feeling empowered, equipped and energised to face what's been holding them back, excited to meet the more confident version of themselves.

In all coaching and client work, I adhere to the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors, and Supervisors, hold regular professional supervision, and maintain my own continuing professional development. Devi is also a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows, based at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.

Coaching sessions are held in English. Devi is trilingual, speaking English, Cantonese and Punjabi.
